Hi
I recently downloaded GoogleHacks from the official Google Site. To my astonishment, AVG Free Version detected “Trojan Horse Agent.TGL” in the GoogleHacks.exe.
The only logical explanation I can come up with is that Google wants to know what all you search, just like they do with your web search. I understand its necessary to find out a user’s behavior and search pattern. Apparently this helps then invent and develop applications to cater to our needs.
Having said that, I think by putting a Trojan Horse in a desktop application, Google has gone a step towards becoming just another spyware.
Am I speaking for myself only ?
PS: If you really want to use GoogleHacks, you can try the Online Version of Google Hacks Its 100% safe and secure !
