I always admired Dr. Vijay Mallya for his flair, honestly, attitude and not to mention for his huge empire. Now I not only admire him, but also have great respect f or him. In my city (Chandigarh, India) alone there would be atleast 100 people who are rich enough to buy some art or painting for over $2 millions. India has a number of billionaires, but no one came forward. India’s Richest man, Mr Anil Ambani was too busy to save nation’s pride.
Then came Vijay Mallya and spent whooping $1.8 million to save Mahtma Gandhi’s Grace. I simple don not care if he gifts the items to Indian or to Tushar Gandhi (Great grandson of Mahtma Gandhi), he has done enough. I think I speak for most Indians here, by thanking Him. He is one Billionare who can really spend it with flair and yet be respected.
May its just me…but I really want to thank him for this great gesture.
